What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Email us first at ccanarian@gmail.com and we will send the return details. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, send us a few photos and we will make it right at our cost.
Can I ask about a piece before I buy?

Of course. Message or call us on WhatsApp at +374 41 777 882, or email ccanarian@gmail.com. We are happy to send more photos and help you choose the right size.
When will I get my order?

We send most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes about 3 to 7 business days to Europe, 4 to 9 to the US and Canada, and 5 to 12 to the rest of the world. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Where are your pieces made?

In Armenia. Every chess set and backgammon board is made by hand by craftsmen in and around Yerevan, and we ship it to you from there.
How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with tracking. Import duties or taxes in your country, if any, are paid on delivery.
