At CanarianCanary, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and transparently as possible. We ship worldwide from Yerevan, Armenia, utilizing top-tier international carriers.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Handmade or Custom Items: Because some of our products are uniquely crafted, they may require additional production time. If an item requires extra processing time, it will be clearly noted on the product page, or we will notify you directly via email.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We are proud to offer reliable, trackable Worldwide Shipping across the globe.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders globally.

  • Our Carriers: To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with trusted global express couriers, primarily DHL Express and FedEx.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package leaves our facility, the estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

⚠️ Please Note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to destination customs clearance processes, local courier delays, or severe weather conditions.

4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • International shipments originating from Armenia may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival in your destination country.

  • All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. CanarianCanary has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current rates before placing an order.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Your peace of mind is our priority. If your package is significantly delayed, appears stuck in transit, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately.

We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf and ensure a resolution is reached swiftly.
