Where is CanarianCanary jewelry made?
Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Yerevan, Armenia, using traditional silversmithing techniques. Because each item is made by hand, it carries the subtle, beautiful variations that only real handmade jewelry has.
What is 925 sterling silver?
925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver blended with 7.5% other metals for strength — the international standard for fine silver jewelry. Every CanarianCanary piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure its length in millimetres. If you're unsure, email us at ccanarian@gmail.com and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
Do you ship worldwide, and how long does it take?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping via express couriers (DHL Express and FedEx), with tracking on every order. Items are handcrafted and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Europe 3–7 business days, USA & Canada 4–9, and the rest of the world 5–12. Any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as items are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Custom-made and sale items can't be returned. To start a return, email ccanarian@gmail.com. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Will sterling silver tarnish, and how do I care for it?
All sterling silver can tarnish naturally over time, but it's easily prevented. Keep your jewelry dry and away from perfume, lotion and water, store it sealed when not worn, and polish gently with a soft cloth to keep it bright for years.
Is every piece really handmade?
Yes. Nothing is mass-produced — every ring, earring and necklace is individually crafted by our Armenian artisans, which is why no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
