Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CanarianCanary. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products tailored specifically to you.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless strictly prohibited by applicable local law).

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

4. How to Initiate a Return

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to ship your package.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: CanarianCanary does not charge any restocking fees for processed returns.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at ccanarian@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

9. Refunds Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
