One flower, the size of the entire board. The master carver gave this luxury walnut backgammon set a single magnificent sunflower — layered petals fanning from a dense carved heart to the far edges of the lid, deep relief from center to rim.
Sunflowers follow the light, and this one catches it: every petal is cut at its own angle, so the walnut shifts from bronze to near-black as you move around the table. A hand-carved wooden backgammon board that behaves like the flower it portrays.
