Wolf and moon belong together the way dice and luck do — one always seems to bring the other. This hand-carved wooden backgammon set carries that oldest of night scenes: a wolf with its moon, cut deep into the wood by hand and finished warm.
Here is the interesting part: wolves do not actually howl at the moon. They howl to find each other — the moon is just up there listening. Which makes this the right handmade backgammon board for the night shift of players: the ones who start the second game at midnight and call across the house for a rematch.
