This one is properly full size. A 19.6" / 50 cm playing field of inlaid walnut and maple, framed by a fine lattice ground and edged with a carved beaded moulding — the small repeated detail that takes far longer than it looks and gives the whole board the look of old furniture rather than a games accessory. Deep warm tone throughout, and a drawer that slides out of the base for the pieces.

It goes one better than most: as well as the drawer there is a separate felt-lined wooden case included, so you can either keep the pieces under the board or carry them somewhere else entirely.
