Chess Set with Storage - Round Scrollwork
A full circle of deep scrollwork around a walnut and maple field. There is nothing straight anywhere on the frame, which is precisely the difficulty — a carver working a curve cannot let the tool run, so every inch of this border was cut deliberately. Brass coordinate studs ring the playing field and an ornate brass pull sits on the drawer front.
That drawer slides out beneath the board and holds all 32 hand-carved pieces. It is what turns a decorative object into a working one: the set never has to be packed elsewhere, so the board stays out and the game stays available. Seven kilos across a full 23.6" / 60 cm — a proper playing surface underneath all the carving.

What is your return policy?
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, worldwide. Faulty or damaged items return free; for change-of-mind returns the item must be unused in its original packaging and you cover return shipping. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right.
